Contractor Registry
Before permit applications can be accepted for review, the contractor must be registered with the City of Bradenton Beach.
There is no charge for registration, but the following items must be submitted:
- A copy of the current license issued by the State of Florida
- A Certificate of Insurance verifying liability insurance coverage (the City of Bradenton Beach must be listed as "Certificate Holder")
- A Certificate of Insurance verifying workers compensation insurance coverage (the City of Bradenton Beach must be listed as "Certificate Holder") OR a copy of the "Certificate of Exemption" issued by the State of Florida
- A letter signed by the license-holder (on company letterhead if available) giving his complete name, the complete name of the company, mailing address, office phone number, cell phone number and FAX number. The letter may also include the name of anyone the license-holder wishes to designate as his agent authorized to sign and pick-up permits.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the City receives updated versions of the above items as they are changed or renewed.
