Advanced Search

Advanced search allows you to define the document you seek more specifically. You can use any or all of the fields in your query and some fields allow more than one selection.

For example you may wish to search for documents that might fall under both the Employment and Forms categories as in an Employment Applicaton Form. Another example may be a document that relates to more than one Advisory Board. You may select more than one category or board in your search.

NOTE* To select more than one item at a time hold down the CONTROL key (ctrl) and make your selections

NOTE* A simple rule of thumb: if a document is not specifically owned by a department it will default to the City Clerk's Office
