The City Clerk’s office is responsible for the daily interface between the public and City Hall. Preparing documents for public dissemination, setting meeting agendas, preparing meeting minutes, providing the media with timely information and directing you to the proper area for resources you may need are all part of the Clerk’s responsibilities.
