The City of Bradenton Beach makes every effort to comply with Florida Statute 119 regarding Public Records. If you wish to make a Public Records request please use our online form.
Some records are made available through the Municode website.
Also available through Municode are The City Charter, Code of Ordinances, and the City's Land Development Code (LDC). Navigate the LDC section from the Municode menu on the left.
Building Codes of the State of Florida are available from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation website.
Please note that due to site restrictions, not all City records can be posted on our website. This includes but is not limited to any exhibits directly pertaining to City Commission meetings. Those original documents are maintained in the Bradenton Beach City Clerk's office and will be available upon request.
